Shipping

We offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders. Simply select “Ground” in the shipping options to receive free shipping.

You can also select other more expedited shipping options provided by UPS. You will be required to pay for the expedited shipping option price.

We will cover the cost of return shipping on orders over $150. To return an item, simply login to our website with the account you created during checkout and process your return.

All shipments are SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Returns

Tags are exclusive to online merchandise. Removing these tags will void any possibility of returns and refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached.

We DO NOT accept returns on products that are intimate, such as Jock Straps and Furkinis.

All SPECIAL ORDERS and INTERNATIONAL SALES are FINAL SALE .

*Gift cards are non-returnable items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Return Authorization completed in full. Once received, we will give a Return Authorization number needed to accept the merchandise back to our facility.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or store locations.

These terms are only applicable to ONLINE purchases only, not purchases made in stores.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of receiving your product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The garments can be exchanged for a different size please refer to our sizing chart for more information. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
